Are you an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist looking for a great new opportunity? We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic professional who is eager to join our team in this role.
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all accounts payable transactions are accurately processed in a timely manner.
You will be expected to accurately process invoices, interact with the Branding Iron Purchasing staff, maintain vendor relationships, and resolve discrepancies.

Account code and enter approved invoices.
Generate payments to vendors.
Reconcile and submit sales tax payments.
Respond to vendor inquiries and provide timely resolution of payment issues.
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
2 or more years of relevant experience.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
General understanding of accounting principles.
Experience with ROSS ERP System (preferred but not required).
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Highly ethical, self-motivated, professional with the ability to function as part of a team.
