Production Line Lead Overview:
The Line Lead's responsibilities and duties are to operate the relevant line's filling equipment and fulfill all relevant documentation, verification and safety procedures required.
The Line Lead leads, manages and holds the line's Team Members accountable.
The Line Lead reports directly to the Production Manager.
The Line Lead may also work with the Mixer Lead/Asst.
Normal shift hours are 5:
30 am - 3pm, Mon.
- Fri, however shift hours are subject to the needs of the business and may differ daily.

Responsibilities:
Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable Production Team Members Responsible for all Production Team Members assigned to line Attend weekly Production Team meetings Attend weekly Operations Team meetings New hire training & knowledge sharing Line Setup & Staging Dater startup & shutdown Program expiration dates for shift Assemble equipment for shift Retrieve and stage packaging required for shift (FishBowl) Line Production Responsible for keeping line running efficiently Establish product fill level and weights Fill in for Production Team Members for breaks Take finished product out of production and into inventory Sanitation Lead for sanitizing:
All pumps All holding tanks All filling lines All equipment Documentation Product weight checks Packaging LOT codes Internal work orders & part replacement forms Record packaging times Inventory Management (FishBowl) Inventory adjustments:
Packaging, finished product & product shrink Label generating Preventative Maintenance Execute cleaning & maintenance schedule for equipment & components Document all work performed (Internal work orders) Catalog spare parts used (FishBowl) Communication Communicate Issues as they occur Work with Production Mgr.
to resolve production issues All other duties assigned Safety, Health & Environment (SHE):
Responsible for upholding safety standards Execute safety programs PPE, LOTO, forklift safety & documentation, etc.
Execute health programs Proper hygiene, GMP's, etc.
Execute environmental programs Quarterly Maint.
