6K a year Summary The Human Resources Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including recruiting, learning and development, professional training, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Duties and Responsibilities Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
Trains and coaches' managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
Assists the recruiting function by supporting interviews and helps the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Assists new hire orientation and employee recognition/engagement programs.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Escalates employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Management, or Administration Preferred 3 years of HR experience.
Excellence organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Experience with HRIS programs (KPay, UKG) Physical Work Conditions Office work requires sitting at a desk, using a computer and phone.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
