Here are the details:
Job Description:
Full-time, In-house position 8 a.
m.
- 4:
30 p.
m.
M-F Answer all incoming calls and either address or direct them to the appropriate individual.
Schedule daily and weekly assignments to our service technicians based on location and workload.
Create and schedule work orders including (but not limited to) preventative maintenance, RPZ backflow testing, installation, and repair services.
Make phone calls to customers confirming appointments scheduled for the next day.
Monitor and assist with Accounts Receivable including (but not limited to):
client invoicing, tracking payable and receivable accounts, and collecting payments.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail including (but not limited to):
preparation of mass mailings, writing and posting customer thank you cards, opening mail, and delivering mail to the correct individuals.
Enter all new clients and keep current client info up to date in company's recording system.
Keep track of all office supplies and help keep the office clean.
Record clothing inventory and notify marketing when it is time for re-orders.
Attend community and networking events representing Valor Mechanical.
Assist in creating and following specific guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Work independently and responding to all email correspondences in a timely manner.
Qualifications (applicants MUST meet all criteria):
A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
A moral and ethical mindset in line with the values of Valor Mechanical.
Exceptional people skills and ability to self-motivate/multi-task.
Technical skills including the ability to operate a phone, tablet/workbook, and computer (use of Microsoft Excel, time tracking programs, etc).
Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
Personable customer service skills with the ability to conduct phone calls and troubleshoot client requests without use of call scripts.
